For this assignment, you will be researching the Ford-Firestone Rollover case. Research the case and make an argument either for or against charging the corporations with murder based on all of the facts in the case. I will be acting as the District Attorney in this case, and it is your job to convince me to either bring murder charges against the corporations or not to bring murder charges against the corporations. I do not want you to just recite the facts of the case to me; I want you to sell your argument to me! Let's see what you got!
