A. Cookie Cutter opens her morning mail and cannot believe the interesting letter she discovers. "You may already have won a fortune, Cookie!" the letter begins. The letter is from Barry Koodah, president of Warped Speed Records, and is offering $10,000 to anyone who has the right lucky number. Cookie is thrilled, and sends in the number that was mailed to her, plus an order for three Amy Winehouse CDS. She waits the required four months to hear from the company, and though she does receive her CDS, she is also informed that she is not a winner. Cookie is so upset about not winning that she goes to her attorney, Olive Yermunny, and argues that Warped Speed is engaged in an illegal operation. Is she correct? Explain
