This week, you will work together with your team to produce a complete project charter and create a scope statement.
(1) Develop Part 2 of your Project Charter. Include the following:
• Major Risks
• Approval Requirements
• Project Manager
• Reporting Requirements
• Sponsor Designee
• Approval Signature/Date
(2) Create a Scope State for your project and include:
• Work Breakdown Structure
• Responsibility Assignment Matrix
• Detailed List of Activities (20 to 40 activities)
• Network Diagram
Note:
Your project should be of sufficient complexity as to incorporate at least 50 work packages in the elaboration of the work breakdown structure (WBS), and at least five (5) branches in the project network.
