In this video, you will learn how Disney applies industrial engineering principles and tools to improve the experience of its guests at various Disney resorts. In two paragraphs identify two specific processes that IE's at Disney are responsible for improving. For each of the two processes, identify at least three tools (either covered in class or in your assigned readings) that could be applied to improve these processes. Be specific in naming the tools and in describing how this tool would aid in making the process better, from the perspective of a Disney guest.
