• Here are some general information and expectations for the credit worthiness report.
Here is an overview of the Creditworthiness Report:
One of the CEOs of UNM is having a hard time understanding the need to know the creditworthiness of both rural healthcare organizations and has asked you to write a report on the topic in advance of your presentation. There are some key factors that should be known before a creditworthiness is decided upon. According to Moody's Investor Service, there are five:
• Market position
• Operating performance,
• Balance sheet and capital plan
• Governance and management
• Debt structure and legal covenants.
In the first paragraph of this report, you will define the above terms in your own words.
The next paragraph, you will compare the information with the two healthcare organizations you selected, using the one best line items above as a guide-include a brief example for each of the line items after its term has been defined. (You can use a table if that helps.)
• This is not a page requirement, but the paper should include citations and be at least 1,000 words in the Body of the Paper ONLY (Not including the cover paper or references).
NOTE: I will take 40% off any paper if this rule is not followed.
The citations/references should come from professional, governmental, or academic sources. Please do not use Wikipedia.
•I know that one of the health organizations listed for this project has some limited information. Again, I can suggest for any topic that is unavailable for any listed health organization, you can list it as unavailable, N/A. or note its limitation in your report. That would be sufficed for me.
•Lastly, please have meaningful content and writing performed at the college level

The first part of your paper should explore how healthcare organizations are scored for creditworthiness. Then, evaluate both organizations' creditworthiness using one or two of the five key factors. Based off the information given, the CEOs will determine the creditworthiness for both organizations.
The paper must be at least 1,000 words in length, formatted AMA style, and all sources must be cited.
