o Past review of previous leadership or management positions, mistakes made, lessons learned, etc
o Current review of leadership or management position
o Future review of leadership - where do you want to be, how will you get there
• Decision-Making Skills
• Emotional Intelligence - identifying your strengths and weaknesses
• Putting it All Together
