For this unit's Assignment you will conduct a status meeting and create a status report. At the meeting all stakeholders should be present and you will discuss where the project stands given a moment in time. Create a status to include all updated items including the work breakdown structure and budget. The status report must reflect an updated schedule;
identify any issues or
project creep

and
create
an action plan to address the issues. The status report must show any
time lost, actions going to be taken, and a change control log. Any changes made must have approval.
