Real-world Business Analysis Discussion
This week, you will begin your Real-world Business Analysis by sharing your skill sets and identifying the skill sets that you hope to find among your colleagues. Together, you will form a peer feedback network. You will rely upon this peer feedback network throughout the course as you encounter the various components that comprise this Real-world Business Analysis.
Your post should include three paragraphs. First, write a one-paragraph summary of your chosen business and why you have chosen it for this assignment.
Then, in a second paragraph, if you have already done analytic work on this company in previous courses, identify the type, nature, and quality of your past analysis. (If not, skip this step and note that you have no previous analyses completed.)
In a final paragraph, identify the types of skill sets and experience sets that you would find most beneficial in your peer feedback network. (For example, if you are working on a business plan and are struggling with elements related to building an effective workforce, you might seek peer feedback teammates who have strategic HR or other HRM experience and training.) Post these three paragraphs.
