You posted your Final Project outline to the discussion area so that other students were able to review your plan, and you received feedback from your instructor on your draft.
Now that you have received feedback, you are ready to incorporate the changes that are needed. In addition, you will add at least 2 more components to your presentation of 10-12 PowerPoint slides with speaker notes of 75-150 words to complete the quality-improvement process for this project. This will provide an opportunity for the program to be reviewed and accredited by all accreditation agencies. Include the following in your submission:
• Include a policy that implements a procedure for achieving continuous quality improvement (CQI).
• From the statistics collected in your Final Project provide a graph that depicts your data outcome.
