You should first identify a topic that is related to your major which my major is Supervision and Health Management, You should choose to do a comparison between leadership and management in the workplace. You could choose any topic and research it. There are many interesting topics that you would like just think through my major, examples I have, are performance appraisals, or employee turnover rate in the workplace, job productivity versus job satisfaction etc. My essay should be 1000 words and you should also do an annotated bibliography, Ask yourself these two questions (1)What is your current academic discipline? (2)Why are you working toward a degree in that field?
