The clothing is designed and marketed to young, athletic, attractive people (or at least people who aspire to be young, athletic, and attractive). So, in order to maintain the "look" of your marketing and target customer, you refuse to hire any sales person you think is unattractive in any way. Too tall? Too short? Too fat? Too thin?
