You may also focus on a discrete part (section or division) of an organisation, or an organisation-wide event. You need to be able to identify and verify sufficient details about the restructure so that you can link key facts of the case to change management theories from your readings. An organisation with lots of published detail about their restructure in the business press, on their website, and in their annual reports may be a good option. You are welcome to go back a few decades in search of a relevant set of events for your case analysis. Define and explain the type of restructure you have chosen to study (refer to pp.273-280)(Waddell and Cummins 5th edition) Integrate your case analysis with discussion of the work design and culture change implications of the restructure in connection with theory you have learned about in this course.
