Review the Triple Aim Initiative at ScarePenn network, using this case study:
- Provide a review of the initiative.
- Discuss how the initiative improved the health care of the community.
- Suggest solutions to further improve the efficiency of the organization.
Directions for completing assignment
- Write a response to the question in approximately 700 words. (Assignments significantly under or over the word limit may be penalized.) Your title page and references are excluded from the word count.
- Marks will be awarded for a logical approach as well as accurate content.
- Please cite your sources correctly in APA style. References should be less than seven years old and you should use at least two peer-reviewed journal articles or reputable websites. Sources like newspapers, Wikipedia, and lay websites are unacceptable for use as a reference.
Guidelines for submitting assignment
1. You must know how to conduct research to obtain journal publications and how to use the ODU Library databases for obtaining information. (Consider using the following journal databases for research in this course: EBSCOhost, Medline, PubMed, ProQuest, SAGE Journals Online.) The Community &Enviornmental Health Subject Guide is a useful resource. You can also request assistance from the library staff, if needed.
2. You must use the current APA Manual when you write all papers. The ODU Writing Center Help Docs, the Purdue Online Writing Lab, and this Massey University video on APA formatting basics are helpful resources for citing sources correctly.
3. All typed work should be in Arial [font size 10] or Times New Roman [font size 12]. All work should be double-spaced.
4. You must include your name, and UIN on each page of your work. The ODU Honor Code is to be placed on each cover sheet of your paper.
5. Poorly written work will not be accepted-a prerequisite for this course is completion of the English composition writing courses.
6. Basic knowledge of writing is required, such as how many sentences are in a paragraph and formatting, and so on.
7. You must include a correct in-text citation for all information quoted or paraphrased from other sources and place the complete citation of any works used in the writing of your paper on a Reference Page.
8. This is not a course to write summaries of other persons work; this is a course where you must demonstrate the ability to think critically and to apply models and theories to real world situations.
