Thus, you are going to prepare a comprehensive plan, which consists of systematic gathering, recording and analysis of information concerning the potential success of a new venture idea. It is a process screening that is used to find out business opportunities. The preliminary assessment of the new venture concept, market assessment, analysis of cost-profit and plans for the future actions also require your attention.
