You have been hired to determine the cause of e-mail and Web site outages at a local com-pany, Bender Technology. Bender Technology owns the public domain of bentech.net,which it uses to receive e-mail and host its Web site. Bender Technology's network is con-nected to the Internet by a router and firewall with the FQDN of FW.bentech.net. Use the utilities for troubleshooting DNS to determine why mail destined for bentech.net is not arriving at the network. Your answer should include the DNS errors and issues that you find along with the changes necessary to route mail properly.
