Project: Using the project you have selected from Estimate One provide a report detailing the following criteria:
Using your skills and knowledge determine the following:
1. List the broad categories of risks for the project.
a) Demolition
b) Earth works
c) Structure
d) Fit out
e) Landscaping
f) Commissioning
2. Within each category identify, document and analyse 3 risk factors most likely to occur.
a) Health & safety risk (3 Risks in this category)
b) Environmental risk (3 Risks in this category)
c) Select a risk category of your choice (3 Risks in this category).
3. Determine risk management techniques to be used in each case.
4. Discuss formal internal or external communications strategy.
