Prepare a business memo addressed to me responding to the following scenario:
"You have an job interview for a local business and you are scheduled to speak with Dale, a senior Director who is a strong supporter of Lean.
In preparation for your job interview, identify 10 key Lean principals you learned by reading Gemba Walks." More specifically, identify key points Jim Womack shares in his book that you believe best reflect core aspects of the Lean philosophy.
The memo should follow a standard business memo format and be approximately 1-2 pages in length. It should begin with a brief introductory paragraph that states the purpose for the memo.
The memo structure should then identify your top 10 points using a numbered bullet point list that clearly distinguishes the 10 unique points.
Begin each point with a succinct bold-faced statement (approx. 3-10 words) followed by a clear and concise explanation for that point. This memo should be an individual effort without collaboration with anyone else.
In a concluding paragraph, identify which one of the 10 points is most meaningful to yourself and provide and explanation why you selected this point.
Lastly, use the template document provide and please follow the instructions. Note, simply copying content from prior submission will result in a significant point reduction.
