Problem
In the article "Ethical Realism", Gray noted that "Morality demands that we consider the interests of everyone who can be effected by our decisions, and that we consider the situation we are in" (para. 39). You are the manager at a company and you notice that unethical behavior is occurring at your boss's level but it is not technically illegal. You have a family and you are the only wage earner.
