Privacy Exercise
You are to use open sources in the Internet to uncover material on me, Dr. Cordani and yourself.
You are to see if there exists data that appears to be a violation of privacy. Do you believe that what you found is actionable in the courts?
Your paper should describe the techniques you used, the sites you searched.
You do not need to describe the item that in fact raised your concern but you certainly may. There is no item you might find on me that you cannot discuss.
You may not use closed areas such as areas in your company or organization that are not public. You may not use areas for which there are fees thus Lexis and Westlaw are out of bounds as are the files maintained by DoD etc.
Your results should be between 500 to 1500 words.
