You cannot use the same method more than twice the method

Question

For each item in the following list, give a reasonable method of sterilization.

You cannot use the same method more than twice; the method must sterilize, not just disinfect; and the method must not destroy the item or render it useless unless there is no other choice.

Where an object containing something is given you must sterilize everything (for ex a jar of Vaseline, both jar and Vaseline in it). Some examples of the methods are autoclaving, using ethylene oxide, dry oven, gamma radiation, etc.
