Even as laws are created to eliminate online gambling, all but four states in the nation have legalized or expanded lotteries.
How are lotteries not gambling?
If people can travel to Nevada or Atlantic City to gamble - why can they not do so from the comfort of their home though online resources?
Realistically - people no longer need to travel to Nevada or Atlantic City - Tribal reservations offer gambling, board a casino cruise at any port for gambling, or take a vacation cruise to anywhere or nowhere - and enjoy gambling,
