Question: You are working in X corporation in Riyadh as program manager. You got the job offer from US as program director. You are not sure, whether you would like to work in US or not but the incentive (e.g. pay, facilities and bonus) are very attractive. You are emotionally connected with your current job but your current financial condition is too bad. You need money to pay your debt, but you also believe, in yourself, that you can earn money by staying in Riyadh. If you stay in Riyadh and work hard to get money, you may compromise with your family timing as you will be working late and will not be able to give proper timing to your family. In addition to this, you are not sure whether you will like working in USA. The company, who hired you in US, may cancel your contract after 3 - 6 years or you may work all life there.
You plan to take leaves from your current employer, and go to US on job. You lie to your current employers that you are going on urgent work and you plan to send your resignation from US to your current employer. The current employer has given you promotions and bonuses every year and you feel that the current employer needs your expertise. Even if current employer gives you more bonus, you still will not be able to pay your debt.
