Complete a case study:
The case can be of any of your choosing (criminal or civil).
You are to analyze the case, discuss the crimes, defendant(s), and victim(s) involved, and laws/rights broken and/or violated.
Explain in detail the case history (procedural), legal analysis of the court, the reasons for the court's ruling/outcome of the case, and legal precedent set (if any). Lastly, discuss your opinion of the case.
Papers must be typed, a minimum of 2 references must be provided, APA citation format, a minimum of 2 pages, 250 words per page for a total minimum of 500 words.
