You are responsible for orienting the newest group of Registered Nurses to your hospital. Please develop an orientation packet that includes all of the necessary information that they will need to know before beginning to work (infection control, emergency preparedness, appropriate disposal of sharps and chemicals, medication reconciliation, etc.). Also describe how you will test for competency. Please use your creativity in preparing this packet, however, it must contain relative information that you have learned from this course so far as well as other courses that you have taken. Feel free to use your experience from your place(s) of employment.
