The scenario you are required to use in developing a time-based plan and schedule is the construction of a Wind Tower (a turbine). It currently takes 3 weeks to build and run. You can see the construction of the Wind Tower from various sources:

You are required to use the movie-case of construction of the Wind Tower and develop a resources and time schedule using MS Project. You are also required to construct a risk register for the current activity. You are next required to "crash" the project by changing methods or adding additional resources to reduce the overall time of construction by at least 5 per cent.
