You are required to carry out an analysis of the IT requirements of a software company and design a virtualisation solution to satisfy these requirements. You will need to produce a report outlining your design and provide the rationale for your choices.

5000 employees.
Servers:
{ 5 internal mail servers.
{ 4 Active Directory servers.
{ 10 Windows _le servers for home drives (to store data).
{ 8 web servers.
{ 4 database servers.
{ 6 Linux servers for development.
SLA uptime of 99.999% for mail servers, Windows _le servers and AD servers.
Must be possible to migrate workloads without any downtime.
