The restaurant has also received a very poor score on its last health inspection in regard to food safety and overall sanitation in the restaurant. If you were to get the job, the management team would include a kitchen manager, a service manager, a bar manager, and you.
During the interviewing process, the owner wants to know what type of management role(s) you would play as well as what styles, theories, or philosophies you would utilize to address the current situations.
