You are applying a anti reflecting coating to your plane. You don't want to be seen by radar which uses 'light' of wavelength 2cm. The radar waves do not phase change at the air/coating surface. It doesn't phase change on the coating/plane surface. The wavelength of the radar waves does not change in the material. What is the minimum thickness of this coating?
