Case study: You are an Accounting Manager for a large accounting firm. You have just received a major complaint from a private school. They have left several messages for you and you haven’t received their messages. You try to find their file which was archived and you also can’t locate the file. You wonder if this the file should have been saved electronically to prevent this run around – you have searched everywhere and its taken two hours of your time.
