I want assistance writing a strategic plan for Google. I am lost and want assistance with this along with references.
1) Strategic recommendations and plans
2) The recommendation and plan should address a strategic issue
3) Recommendations and plans can be to align resources for a sustainable competitive advantage; and/or to enable resource alignment via organizational structure and management systems; and /or Other recommendations
- Include a plan for you to execute your recommendation, including:
a) Strategic objective
b) Strategy- consider a framing your strategy as busisness (costs,differentiation,hybrid) or corporate (diversification, vertical or globalization).
c) Goals- what is to be accomplished to make progress toward the objective
