Write a letter to the Chairman of the African Union stating a position as to whether or not you believe members of the African diaspora ( both those who are the long descendants of the enslaved or more recent migrants from the continent) should be allowed to participate in this organization.
Please provide evidence of an understanding of issues related to Africa and its diasporas.
