(it can be a school, university, restaurant, retailer, hospital, charitable organization, club, church…, any service company) The policy must be related to Service Management. (it can be about Processes, Personnel, Capacity, Quality, customer service….etc.) You may use a fictitious name in case the policy is confidential.
WRITE/SUMMARIZE the policy and highlight its relevance to Operations Management.
DISCUSS how and in what ways the policy might affect the organization.
LIST some Pros and Cons (advantages /dis-advantages) about the policy from your perspective.
SUGGEST improvements to the policy that might have some positive impact on the company in terms of managing cost, saving time, customer service, utilizing resources, etc.
