Watch this TED talk: "How to make stress your friend" by Kelly Mcgonigal.

Watch the TED talks presentation by Dr. Kelly McGonigal. Write a summary of 1-2 paragraphs about what you learned about how to make stress your friend. Then research stress and write up a plan that would help you manage your stress. If you don't feel like you have stress, write up a plan for someone else that you could share with them to help them out. The whole assignment should be at least 2 pages typed, double spaced. You can make it as creative as you'd like. Colorful, charts, pictures, whatever would like.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
