Write two to three pages on the qualities and services you feel are critically important aspects of a nursing home, long term care facility or assisted living facility you would choose for yourself, your partner, parents or grandparents. Don't think about cost for this exercise, think about what you feel are necessary elements to provide optimal care and promote dignity.
