Write two scenarios wherein it shows the criminal formula which elaborates the process of an individual committing a crime. You have the freedom to choose what crime will be used as an example.
Note: For scenario 1, the man must be able to resist temptation. For scenario 2, he must consummate the crime.
Below is the Criminal Formula.
THE CRIMINAL FORMULA:
In explaining the birth of criminal behavior, we must consider three factors:
• Criminalistic Tendency (T)
• The total situation(S) and
• The person's mental ang emotional resistance to temptation (R).
These factors then can be put into formula as: C=T+R /R
