The Texas constitution limits the regular session of Texas legislature to 140 calendar days every two years.
the question is:
Do you agree or not that the Texas legislature meet 140 calendar days every other year because the Texas constitution requires, the only way you can change it is to amend the Texas constitution. if you do agree you don't want the constitution to change it, if you don't agree then you would want the constitution to provide perhaps annual meetings of the regular session or meet more often.
