Write 10-12 pages on the topic Globalization of inclusion, APA formatted paper discussing 2 core components of diversity (cultural theory, identity, assumptions, power/privilege, individualism/collectivism, oppression, stigma/marginalization) and how they can effectively be aligned with cultural intelligence variables (strategic thinking, motivation, effective action) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and motivation) relevant to a current event or topic of your choice (identified and approved in Week 4) that highlights the mission of International Psychology on a global scale. The paper should be supported by citations of the articles identified in your literature matrix review and relevant readings from the course.
