Write the Literature Review about recreational activities based on the guidelines in the file 5 Literature review, discussing the findings of the previous paper (just what is relevant to the topic and the guidelines), then write a summary at the end of the discussion, and at the end write again why this work is different from others. During the discussion underline the mediators of the the relationship between recreational activities and employee turnover and why we have selected the tech industry (as context), and why we select the moderator and why we consider the confounding effects. Also to mention what we define as recreational activity.
