2) Despite your last email to the tenants about them being in breach, the pattern of arrears has continued, and the tenants are once again 14 days in arrears. Complete the required notice, under Western Australia legislation to terminate the tenancy for non-payment of rent?
3) Prepare the action plan to terminate this tenancy under Western Australia tenancy legislation. You will need to cover:
- the processes you will need to go through from issuing the termination notice to obtaining possession of the property.
- what evidence and documents you will need to collect to show the breach?
- what is the name of the authority and the document will you need to use to obtain (take) legal possession of the property?
