Please write a 3 pages minimum on “Quality/TQM”
Do not write the definitions of “Quality/TQM” write about:
1. Some cities/counties use a quality letter grading of restaurants (A B, etc.), but Orange County has resisted using a letter grade in the past; research the current status on this and arguments for not assigning a letter grade for restaurant quality.
2. Research various sources to identify lists of highest quality new cars in categories such as luxury, sporty, and hybrid; prepare a table of what you found and share with the class your findings; did you find that the different sources had agreement or not (if so, why do you think they disagreed?).
