Find an article that discusses the effect of exercise and nutrition on a health-related illness such as cancer, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, joint disorders, etc. Although it is not a requirement, you are encouraged to investigate some of the prominent journals in the field of kinesiology, which include The American Journal of Sports Medicine, The Journal of Aging and Physical Activity, The Journal of Applied Sport Psychology, Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, to name a few. Write one paragraph summarizing the article and a 2nd paragraph that analyzes the benefits of exercise and a healthy diet for someone with the illness.
