Sarah Link lives in Macon, Georgia. Jane Smith lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Over Christmas, both were enjoying the beach in Savannah, Georgia.
While on the beach Smith lost control of her drone that she received for Christmas. The drone dropped on Link's left foot, which broke Link's big toe. Link has made a recovery from the injuries but will never be able to work as a foot model again.
