Regarding our STI problem started on 05/09/ 2013. Four service engineers visited us and try to solve the problem but unfortunately they failed. Many parts of the system has been changed but does not solve the problem.
The system is very important for us and there are long queue of samples to be analyzed.
We need a suggestion from you to solve this problem and get our system working back. Otherwise, we will depend on other manufacturer rather than Gree.
