Write down things that make you happy


Problem 1: Read the rituals exercise on page 8 of Happier.  I will also attach a copy of it. Choose one ritual to change. Make it something simple and achievable (showering before bed, brushing teeth twice a day, pack school bag the night before, packing a lunch 3 days per week).  Tell me what ritual you have chosen, why it is important to you, and how you will think it will improve your life. You will log daily your progress towards your new ritual.(3 marks)

Problem 2: Take from Happier, each night before going to sleep. Write down 3-5 things that make you happy- things for which you are grateful.  Do this for a week and then post your list as part of your journal. You should end up with 7 days with a minimum of 3 per day
