After acquiring information about this company, its products and services, customers, and competitors, write down five different types of decisions that you believe this company's leadership has made within the last two years (for example, open new stores, start offering coupons, etc.).
For each decision, list:
Information the company's executives would have needed in order to make these decisions
How this information could have been collected
From which sources this information could have been collected
The assignment should be a paper 2-3 pages long, not including the required title and reference pages.
