Problem: This is to write conclusion for four articles about labor shortage, and I am supposed to intervene as rhetor using stasis theory. Three out four authors agree at the conjecture level that there's labor shortage; however, one author denies that labor shortage exist and blames the problem on the employers who pays low wage and high cost of living. I am not sure to intervene and get them to agree at the conjecture level and move on the definition, quality, and policy. Please, provide examples.
