Required:
1) Construct a short list of questions that you would ask.
2) The goal is to understand and appreciate the challenges faced by the CIO or MIS Director/Manager in delivering the IT infrastructure/services to accomplish business objectives.
3) Research those questions and write an essay of between 1,000-1,500 words, double-spaced, reflecting on what you have learned from the interview with particular concern to the balance of business needs vs. the IT challenges.
4) Include some thinking about what you recommend as priorities going forward.
