Plan -

- Safety and health consideration are included in the planning stage of all workplace activities
- Safety and health consideration are included in the selection of employees, competency and training requirements.
- Formal Safety Assessment.
- Includes the essential elements of hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Includes information on hazard control measures used and cites relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and standards.
- Supports decision making with appropriate literature and legal requirements.
