Write an executive summary of your project, using the content recommended on page 414 in the Gido and Clements text, Successful Project Management. In addition to the recommended content, the executive summary should include reflective thoughts of the project manager on how the project was executed. It should also include what went especially well and what you would recommend for potential improvements for project management activities. Organize all your completed or revised documents in the previous units, and attach them to the executive summary as the detail behind the project.
