Read the SWOT Analysis paper in Week 2 Reading and use the Bryan University Library to locate material that explains, demonstrates, and shows you what SWOT analysis is, and what the Porter's Five Forces is. Both of these tools are used extensively in business organizations to assist in analyzing operational effectiveness and other business performance measures.
Prepare a 2-3 page pager in which you explain SWOT and PORTER. Write an example of a SWOT analysis of either a real organization or fictitious. The point of this paper is to learn what these tools are, and how to use them to analyze. You do not need to make a SWOT or PORTER chart, just write what would be in each section.
